Mangatta, a founding partner the firm, is a respected and versatile litigator with expertise that extends across all aspects of dispute resolution, with a particular focus on commercial, shipping, construction & infrastructure, and manpower disputes. Mangatta is also certified as an Administrator in suspension of debt payment obligations and Receiver in bankruptcy from the Indonesian Receivers and Administrators Association (AKPI).
Mangatta graduated from the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University. Prior to establishing Badranaya Partnership, Mangatta was an established attorney from Nindyo & Associates, one of the most respected boutique law firms specialized in capital markets and dispute resolution in Indonesia.
As the Head of Badranaya’s Dispute Resolution Practice, Mangatta has an outstanding track record of wins at all levels of the judicial system. His work in contentious matters extends across all industry sectors and practice areas, with a particular emphasis on commercial, shipping, FDI, mining, cybersecurity /cybercrime, administrative law, hate speech, corporate crime, anti-corruption, and environmental disputes. He also frequently represents clients in arbitration proceedings and other alternative dispute resolution forums including enforcement of court judgment and arbitration award.
